Every reasonable effort is made to inspect garments before cleaning.

However, certain conditions may not be visible until after the cleaning process, including:

However, stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

Some stains become permanent because of:

•    Age

•    Heat exposure

•    Oxidation

•    Previous home treatment

•    Fabric composition

•    Dye instability

If complete stain removal is not possible, we will return the item in the best condition reasonably achievable.

6. Manufacturer Care Labels

Cleaning methods are selected using manufacturer care labels whenever available.

If labels are missing, illegible, inaccurate, or believed to be incorrect, Gracie Cleaners will use professional judgment regarding the safest cleaning method.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from inaccurate manufacturer care labels or undisclosed manufacturing defects.

7. Alterations and Tailoring

Customers are responsible for confirming measurements and requested alterations.

Garments should be tried on promptly after pickup.

Requests for adjustments should be made within seven (7) days.

Alterations cannot always be reversed.

8. Wedding Gowns

Wedding gowns frequently contain delicate fabrics, beads, sequins, lace, adhesives, and decorative elements.

Cleaning and preservation are performed with professional care.

Because of the delicate nature of these garments, Gracie Cleaners cannot guarantee:

•    Complete stain removal

•    Prevention of future discoloration

•    Preservation of delicate embellishments

•    Restoration of aging fabrics

Minor changes resulting from the cleaning process may occur.

9. Leather, Suede, Fur, and Specialty Items

Natural materials may experience:

•    Texture variation

•    Slight shrinkage

•    Color changes

•    Softness changes

•    Natural wear becoming more noticeable

These are inherent risks of cleaning natural materials.

We are not responsible for defects that become apparent after cleaning.

11. Shoe Cleaning and Repair

Cleaning and repair services improve the appearance and condition of footwear but cannot restore shoes to new condition.

Existing wear, cracking, glue deterioration, sole separation, or color fading may limit achievable results.

12. Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery are provided as a convenience.

Customers are responsible for ensuring garments are securely packaged and accessible for pickup.

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, holidays, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If delivery cannot be completed because no secure location is available, another delivery attempt may be scheduled.

Gracie Cleaners is not responsible for items left at a customer-designated location after delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you believe an item has been damaged or lost, please notify us as soon as possible after receiving the item.
